Sega has announced that they are going to scale back they're M-Rated games. Sega in 2009 released Mad World, which was widely ignored and suffered low sales.
Maybe Sega should stop publishing crappy games. As that is why Mad World did not sell well.
Sega also points to the poor sales of Dead Space Extraction, a game from EA, as reason why they are slowing down they're work on Adult aimed games.
Of course, Dead Space Extraction wasn't anything compared to the Dead Space games that were released no other systems.
But whatever Sega, if you want to go one publishing crappy games to ids, which will sell because they have cute little mascots on them, be my guess. That is, after all, the point of business, to make as much money while doing as little work as possible.
